- Access to the Venue the day before the event to set up and have rehearsal

Policies & Add-Ons
We require a licensed bartender to be serving the alcohol
Payments Terms
- $1000 non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
- A second payment of 50% of the balance is due six (6) months prior to the event.
- Payment of the remaining balance is due sixty (60) days prior to the event.
Any past due balance will be subject to a 10% service charge. If a cancellation is made not less than 12 months prior to the commencement of the event, a full refund/offset will be made, less the $1000 deposit.
If cancellation is made less than 12 months prior to the commencement of the event, no refunds will be given. If there is a postponement to another available date at Winesburg Farm, money paid will be transferred to that date.
