Policies & Add-Ons
We have a list of preferred vendors we like to work with. Feel free to ask about others; we will have to approve them prior to your event.
We require a licensed bartender to be serving the alcohol
Winesburg Farm is reserved on the first come, first serve basis. In order to secure your date, you must meet with our event manager, sign the contract and provide your deposit.
Payments Terms
- $1000 non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
- A second payment of 50% of the balance is due six (6) months prior to the event.
- Payment of the remaining balance is due sixty (60) days prior to the event.
Any past due balance will be subject to a 10% service charge. If a cancellation is made not less than 12 months prior to the commencement of the event, a full refund/offset will be made, less the $1000 deposit.
If cancellation is made less than 12 months prior to the commencement of the event, no refunds will be given. If there is a postponement to another available date at Winesburg Farm, money paid will be transferred to that date.
